Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Fibonacci Corp offers domestic shipping within the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on product type, size, weight, and destination.

Estimated Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 Business Days): Starting at $15.00
  • Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days): Starting at $30.00

Note: Certain medical devices and equipment may require specialized shipping, freight handling, or scheduled delivery, which will be coordinated separately.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Shipping confirmations may vary depending on product availability and order complexity.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing shortly after payment confirmation.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. RETURNS AND ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of medical products, return eligibility may vary.

  • Returns may be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date, and it is subject to approval.
  • Items must be unused, unopened (if applicable), and in original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items may include but are not limited to:

  • Consumables and sterile products
  • Opened or used equipment
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Approved returns are subject to restocking fees.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, however; they may occur due to circumstances beyond Fibonacci’s control, ie:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Supply chain constraints
  • Regulatory or customs processes (if applicable)

In the event of a processing delay, we will notify you and provide new estimated delivery time and/or any other available options.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation.

  • We will assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Fibonacci Corp will support resolution efforts but is not liable for carrier-related damages or losses.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory requirements.
  • Some items may not be eligible for air transport under the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) or other regulatory guidelines and may require alternative shipping methods.

Fibonacci Corp will adjust the shipping methods as necessary in order to comply with all applicable transportation regulations.

8. FREIGHT AND SPECIAL HANDLING (IF APPLICABLE)

Large medical equipment or high-value devices may require:

  • Additional Freight charges and shipping methods
  • Scheduled delivery appointments
  • On-site coordination
